Brazilian Soccer Game

 

 

"Esporte Clube Bahia" and "Esporte Clube Vitória" are Salvador's main soccer teams. We organize tours to their games in the Fonte Nova stadium. We will accompany you and organize the tickets. You will get to know the unique spirit of the Brazilian soccer pashion.

 

 

City Tour to Historical Center

On this trip you will get to know the beautiful historic part of Salvador - “Pelourinho”. Over 450 years of the Bahian history will be detailed explained to you by our tourist guide. Among other buildings you will see the São Francisco Church and the famous elevator (72meters high) that brings every day more than 20.000 people from the Upper City to the Lower City.


Trip to Historical cities Cachoeira and São Felix

 

Cachoeira is a historical city with over 30.000 inhabitants. You will travel by bus with the Dialogo team, and will visit museums, churches, a cigar manufactory, the famous bridge Don Pedro 2nd and a tipical Brazilian market. We will visit the casa de licor where you can try und buy typical Brazilian drinks and liqueur.


 

 

Praia do Forte Beach

Known as the "Brazilian Polynesia", Praia do Forte has many different leisure options. There are 12 kilometers of beaches surrounded by dunes, coconut groves and tidal pools.
You will get to know one of Brazil's most beautiful beaches. In the little town you will also have the opportunity to buy some presents for your family at home.
We will also visit the castle Garcia D'Ávila and the Tamar project. This project monitors 1.000 kilometers of beaches with 20 stations covering 8 Brazilian states to preserve the Brazilian sea turtle population. We will visit one station where they made a marvelous exhibition showing the life of the sea turtles.


Tour to the Islands on the Todos os Santos Bay

 

Like all the other excursions you will start from Dialogo School. Our guide will take you by bus to the Lower City, to the boat to Frades Island . After a while enjoying the nice beaches from the boat, you will go to the biggest Island, Itaparica. This is a day trip.


 

 

Forte São Marcelo Museum

This 400 year old fort was constructed in the sea. On our trip we will go there with a little boat. On the fort a guide will show and explain you everything.


 

Balé Folclórico Show

 

At this outing we will watch the presentation of a dance group in the Miguel Santana theatre. We will see a show of typical Brazilian performances: Capoiera, Maculelé, puxada de rede (a traditional fishermen dance), Samba and the “dança dos Orixas”.

 

 

 

 

Candomblé Ceremony

Candomblé is an African religion practiced chiefly in Brazil. Especially in Bahia the number of people that practice Candomblé is very high.
We organize a visit to a traditional Candomplé ceremony. This unique performance of dances and special songs will show you a part of the Afro-Brazilian culture. The priests are dancing till they enter in trance. And you will be able to feel the energy that they get from their Orixas (Gods) while practicing their religion.
